Bring everyone to the table this Christmas with our organic Christmas Cheeseboard Selection. Four cheeses from makers in Wales, the Cotswolds, and Scotland arrive alongside two kinds of crackers and a jar of our apricot chutney, so your whole board is sorted in one go.
What makes me special?
- Creamy Perl Wen. This soft, creamy cheese from Caws Cenarth in west Wales is the one to cut into first. Take it out of the fridge about an hour before serving so the centre softens and spreads easily.
- Tangy Cotswold Blue Brie. Simon Weaver's blue brie pairs a gentle tang with a soft, rich texture. Try it on a pumpkin seed oatcake with a spoonful of apricot chutney on top.
- Golden Tomme from The Ethical Dairy. This golden Tomme is made in Scotland with milk from 100% pasture-fed cows. Slice it thinly so its savoury flavour has room to come through.
- Cheddar with balsamic onion. Caws Cenarth's moreish mature cheddar is packed with sweet balsamic onions. It's a favourite for leftover sandwiches, if any makes it past Boxing Day.
- Our apricot chutney. Our organic apricot chutney brings a fruity sweetness that sits nicely beside the blue and the cheddar. Any that's left goes beautifully with cold meats over the holidays.
- Two kinds of crackers. Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper Savoury Biscuits and Pumpkin Seed Savoury Oatcakes from the Authentic Bread Co. give you something crisp and peppery alongside something nutty. Between them there's a cracker for every cheese on the board.
- A board that goes from soft to firm. The selection moves from creamy to blue to firm and savoury, so every guest has somewhere to start. Arrange them in that order and work your way round.
- All organic. Every cheese, cracker, and chutney in the selection is organic. It's an easy way to put a whole organic cheeseboard on the table without picking each piece separately.
