Our organic wholemeal couscous is a brilliantly versatile staple that takes on any flavour you give it. Prepared in just a few minutes, couscous is delicious served with chopped sundried tomatoes, mint leaves and tangy feta, with a pat of organic butter and squeeze of citrus to finish.
To cook, add 1 ¼ cup boiled water (or stock, for extra flavour) to 1 cup couscous and cover. It’ll soak up the liquid and rehydrate in 5-10 minutes. If it’s still crunchy after that time, add more liquid and cover it back up. Once tender, it’s ready to pop in your dishes.
Decant this organic wholemeal couscous at home into your favourite container, then leave the pot out to be collected inside your boxes. Ready to be cleaned, refilled and reused, time and time again.
