Producer

There's been a farm down at Godminster dairy for over 100 years now. There's now a herd of Friesian, Norwegian Red and Norwegian Brown cattle grazing over the Somerset farm, watched over by Richard Hollingbery and his family. With the expertise of local cheesemakers, the Hollingberys turn their organic cows milk into gorgeous cheeses.

Cheddar Cheese* (95%) (Cows' Milk), Chilli Paste (5%) (Daredevil Chillis* (24%), Chilli Puree* (24%), Cider Vinegar*, Garlic Puree*, Dark Brown Sugar*, Birdseye Chillies* (6%), Sunflower Oil*, Cayenne Pepper* (5%), Sea Salt).

Made is a factory that also handles Gluten, Tree nuts, Mustard, and Sulphites.
