Storage & prep

Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container.
Add orzo to a pan and enough to cover the orzo by at least an inch or two.
Bring to a gentle boil, and cook for around 8-10 minutes, or until the orzo is cooked to your liking.
Drain the orzo.
