The two wanted something sweet but not unhealthy and the answer it turned out was to think simpler. No additives, no thickening agents, no refined sugars. Instead, they handmake their gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan desserts using only natural and organic ingredients, sweetened with just the natural sugars in maple syrup.
