To capture peak flavour, certain catches are frozen very soon after landing, while others are kept carefully chilled up until delivery. Whether the catch was previously frozen or kept chilled, everything we sell from them arrives defrosted and ready to cook. Plus, each product is sourced responsibly, with help from experts such as the Marine Conservation Society.
