Benedetto Picco and his wife have been growing rice on their farm in the Po Valley of Italy since 1935. Besides producing the best rice they can, they’ve always had a focus on respecting the land, so they use traditional methods while seeking out new ways to improve quality and taste. The Picco family work within a co-op of other local families, which allows them to now mill and pack their own rice too.
