A flavoursome taste of French coastal cuisine. This Wild Lobster Bisque comes from our friends at The Fish Society.
What makes me special?
- Made using high-quality wild lobster. Responsibly caught in British waters - A rich tomato sauce, with a well-balanced, creamy flavour - The sweetness of the tomatoes perfectly balances the savoury taste of lobster - And fresh celery, thyme and tarragon complete the dish - Simply heat for four to five minutes. Then serve alongside your favourite crunchy bread - Ideal for two people as a starter, or one person for a main - Delivered sustainably to your door with zero air miles

Producer
Founded in 1994 by Alistair Blair, The Fish Society is committed to delivering only the finest quality fish and seafood. To capture peak flavour, certain catches are frozen within very soon after landing, while others are kept carefully chilled up until delivery. Whether the catch was previously frozen or kept chilled, everything we sell from them arrives defrosted and ready to cook. Plus, each product is guaranteed to have a 1-3 Marine Conservation Society (MCS) rating, so you can be sure it’s responsibly sourced.
