With roots set firmly in the Italian countryside, Crosta & Mollica was founded by James, who worked for a company that imported Italian fruit. He travelled from region to region, meeting fruit farmers and their families, and saw how much love Italians put into crafting what they eat. Eleven years later, James and his team are still criss-crossing Italy in search of the most delicious, artisanal specialities that the country has to offer. Regional Italian food is James’ passion, and his mission is to bring these incredible delicacies to the tables of people everywhere.

Storage & prep
Once opened store in an airtight container in a cool dry place and use within 3 days from opening.
Place in a hot dry frying pan - 1 minute per side or heat in a preheated oven at 180C for 3 minutes. Fill and fold.
