Miso Tasty was founded back in 2014. By miso-loving foodie and author, Bonnie Chung. Scouring Japan high and low for the right partners to make her miso, she took three years to settle on her recipes and find her base in Nagano – an area renowned for having the perfect miso-making conditions. And for being home to the finest craftsmen for fermented foods. Here, local artisans use finely-honed traditional processes to make Miso Tasty’s nutritious and delicious pastes.
