This organic veggie lasagne is so homemade you'd expect it to have a kiss from mum stamped on the pack. Sweet butternut squash is tucked in between layers of tender lasagne verde sheets, spinach béchamel and homemade tomato sauce. Finished with a heap of melting cheddar and creamy white sauce, and a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds, this is all kinds of good.

Pegoty Hedge is an organic beef and lamb farm in the shadow of the Malvern Hills and Bredon Hill close to the River Severn. This idyllic corner of Worcestershire with its fertile land and lush green pastures produces some of the finest livestock in the country. Young Oliver is the third generation of Surmans to farm on this gorgeous plot. He's teamed up with a local gastropub chef to create the most outstanding, organic dishes for you to heat up at home. The meals are all organic and carefully made on their farm with their own Aberdeen Angus beef and lamb together with local fresh vegetables. They do not use any artificial colourings, preservatives or other 'nasties' so they really are ready meals without the guilt!

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated below 4C. Freeze before use by date. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and before the best before date. Once thawed do not refreeze. If this product is defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.

Remove outer sleeve, remove film, place on baking tray and; if cooking from fresh, cook in a pre heated oven at (180°C, Gas Mark 4) for 25 minutes or in a microwave according to manufacturer's instructions. If cooking from frozen, cook in pre heated oven (180°C, Gas Mark 4) for 45 minutes or in a microwave according to manufacturer's instructions. Whichever cooking method, always ensure the meal is piping hot throughout. We recommend a core temperature of at least 75°C for a minimum of two minutes. Do not reheat.
