Founders of the Famous Hedgehog Bakery, Jamie and Rose Campbell, have always been passionate about good food and where it comes from. After living in Canada and London, they made the next obvious move to a small village in the wilds of Dorset. Here, they set about renovating a charming 18th century stable block and its gardens. And now, for nearly two decades later their skilled bakers have been using traditional techniques to make real bread. It’s shaped by hand, proved on linen 'couches' in wooden cupboards and placed in a wood-fired oven using wooden peels, just a few loaves at a time. They only use the best organic ingredients, which is what makes their bread so unique and delicious.

Keep refrigerated. Once opened, keep refrigerated use within 3 days. Remove from the fridge before use. Roll to desired thickness. For baking follow your recipe. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Defrost overnight in a fridge or for 2 hours at room temperature. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
