An organic, light and fluffy panettone. Made with 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil and prepared with stone-ground, whole grain flour with wheat grown in Piemonte. This panettone is packed full of flavour thanks to sweet, plump raisins and has a light, boyant bake thanks to 32 hours of natural leavening.
