Crunchy Thyme Roast Potatoes. Crisp on the outside and fluffy in the middle, these roast potatoes are finished with fresh thyme for an aromatic flavour.
Honey & Mustard Roast Carrots & Parsnips. Tender carrots and parsnips are roasted till crisp at the edges, then coated in a sticky honey and wholegrain mustard glaze.
Buttery Brussels Sprouts with Chestnuts. Sweet, nutty Brussels sprouts are steam-fried till tender but still have a little bite. Creamy chestnuts make them extra special.
Apple, Bay & Balsamic Braised Red Cabbage. Red cabbage is slowly cooked with sweet apples, fresh bay, honey and balsamic vinegar for a colourful side with a sweet-sharp finish.
