Based in Tebourba, in North Tunisia’s lush Medjerda Valley, Moulins Mahjoub is an organic farm growing and crafting natural ingredients that deliver an authentic taste of the southern Mediterranean. Inspired by the Berber tradition, they’ve been working their magic for close to 30 years using traditional farming methods with no additives or artificial processes. In fact, from the oil to the herbs, all the ingredients they use are grown right on the farm.
