These yellow vine tomatoes look fabulous, and have a slightly sweeter, less acidic flavour than their red counterparts. The tomato vine contains nutrients and continues to feed the fruit while they are ripening even after being picked, allowing the tomatoes to ripen to a later stage of maturity, gives a higher natural sugar content and a lower acidity.
