Get growing with Vital Seeds’ organic Yellow Submarine Tomato Seeds. This yellow, cherry variety produces lots of small, pear-shaped fruits which are delicious enjoyed straight off the vine. Yellow submarine tomatoes are fresh and sweet in taste, with low acidity levels – making them perfect for your summer salads and tomato sauces.
Sow these fabulous seeds from end of January if you’re using a heated propagator, or in March without one. Transfer into pots when the seedlings have 3-4 leaves on them, then transplant into final growing position in May. If you’re planning on growing completely outside, plant after the last frost (mid – end of May). If you’re using pots or growing bags use at least 25cm pots.
