A mini delight of a Prosecco from the foothills of the mighty Dolomite mountains in the north of Italy. Made from local variety Glera (also known as Prosecco, believe it or not), these bubbles have all the hallmarks of a classic Prosecco, with soft bubbles and notes of fresh pear and elderflower.

Thomson and Scott are on a mission. Their aim is to remove the sugar and calories from Champagne and Prosecco, while leaving the fun, fizz and flavour intact. It all starts with simply asking the important question: “what’s in your bottle?” By taking note of the sugars, agricultural chemicals and animal by-products you find in many non-organic, non-vegan wines (but not on their labels!), they set out to make some thing truly different and an awful lot better. The result is a range of vegan-friendly drink, bubbling with great taste.
