Elvis was the first famous fan of organic Tenderstem® broccoli. In fact, he wrote a famous song about it that goes a little something like: “Love me Tenderstem®, love me sweet broccoli. Never let me go hungry. It’s made my life complete.”
OK, so we’ve made that up, but this really is some rock and roll stuff. It’s sweeter and less tough than regular broccoli, and well suited to steaming or blanching before serving as a side or stirring through pastas and casseroles.

The UK broccoli season has arrived! Our bunches of loveliness come from Clive Martin's farm in Cambridgeshire. Clive's kept us in amazing Tenderstem® Broccol for years, and has grown a lot of rhubarb for us on his Fenland farm this year, too.
