High Weald Dairy is based in West Sussex, run by passionate cheesemakers Mark and Sarah. They started out as organic farmers and diversified into milking 250 dairy sheep. One thing led to another and now they spend all day crafting delicious ranges of award-winning cheeses from organic cow’s and sheep’s milk.

Keep refrigerated at <5'C, once opened use within 3 days of opening. This cheese melts very well, try it in a jacket potato, on fish or steak. Not suitable for home freezing.
