Producer
Richard Rowan farms in Cornwall with the help of farm manager Andy and their canine companion, Bruno. On the banks of the River Lynher, together they grow delicious spinach, rainbow chard, leeks, courgettes and beans for us throughout the year
Storage & prep
The best way to eat sugar snap peas is straight up: raw. With nothing else. They are so sweet, crunchy and delicious and even better, you can eat the whole thing. No podding. No waste. If you want to dress them up a bit, dip them into a creamy yogurty dressing or toss them with other salady things for a quick lunch. Don’t forget to wash your fruit and veg before use.
Where the
wild things are
We all love butterflies, birds and bees. Choosing organic is better for the environment. Organic farms encourage wildlife and biodiversity (by not using chemical sprays, and by having more hedgerows, fallow land and wildflowers).
