Growing up in the tropical paradise of Fiji, Henry Gosling remembers having to collect coconuts along the beach, scraping out the succulent white flesh, grating it, then squeezing it into milk to go along with the family dinner that evening. It’s a cherished memory, and one he wanted to share with the world, so he set up camp in Kent making amazing, coconut-based dairy-free yoghurt. Every pot is full of the vibrancy of Fiji’s sun-soaked beaches.
