Producer
Our Strawberries hail from Herefordshire where, in 1987, our Grower started by planting a hectare of strawberries on rented land as part of his degree thesis. His British berries are grown on carbon-neutral farms. He also developed a program to deliver community gardens, accessed by people in the local community who seek additional support.
Ingredients & allergens
Abel & Cole handles celery, celeriac, peanuts and nuts on site. Due to our packing process and re-use of boxes there is a risk of cross-contamination from these, and all other allergens.
While we do everything we can to ensure the information on this page is correct, ingredients, nutritional and dietary information are subject to change. So along with the information on our website, we always recommend that you read each label carefully before enjoying your items.
Storage & prep
Strawberries are traditionally served with cream. Drizzle your strawberries with a generous amount of pouring cream and you will see why this tradition still holds firm.
Strawberries are best if they are eaten on the day of your delivery. They will keep for a maximum of two days if you keep them wrapped up in the fridge. Don’t forget to wash your fruit and veg before use.
