Why?

Tuck into Zeit für Brot's organic Stollen Bites, little golden mouthfuls of the classic German Christmas bake. Each soft, buttery bite is studded with sultanas and pieces of orange.

What makes me special?

- Buttery and tender. The crumb is soft and moist, slightly dense in the way a good stollen should be.
- Sultanas and orange. Chewy sultanas and orange run all the way through, with a gentle warmth from rum.
- Warming spices. Cinnamon, cardamom, mace and nutmeg give every bite its festive, spiced aroma.
- Honey and almonds. A touch of honey adds sweetness, and almonds bring a slight bite.
- Bite-sized. They're small enough to pass round with coffee or add to a festive cheeseboard.
- Made by Zeit für Brot. Every loaf is baked with 100% organically grown ingredients and given the time and care needed to develop its best flavour and texture.
- Sustainably delivered. Arrives at your table with zero air miles and zero pointless plastic.

Producer

Born in Germany in 2009, Zeit für Brot are craft bakers devoted to the simple idea that great bread takes time. Every loaf, pastry and bun is baked by hand using organic ingredients, with quality and care at the heart of everything they do. Their bakers work through long fermentation processes to bring out the best flavour and texture in each bake, from crusty sourdoughs to their much-loved cinnamon rolls. Now baking day and night in Islington, they celebrate traditional breadmaking and create food that feels as joyful as it is delicious.
