Sharpham Park’s organic Spelt White Pasta makes the most of an ancient grain. With a delicious nutty flavour, spelt has become super popular in recent years because it’s a good source of fibre and protein. It also makes great pasta. And great pasta is one of our biggest motivations in life.

Sharpham Park is a 300-acre historic park that dates all the way back to the Bronze Age. Neighbouring Glastonbury, its rolling fields of organic spelt and over 300 walnut trees are a natural haven for local wildlife all year round. Using only traditional milling methods, we can’t think of a more fitting maker of this ancient grain.
