Why?
Enjoy the freshest sorrel for your risottos, sauces and soups. The perfect addition to any window ledge plant collection or outdoor herb garden. Sorrel has a tart flavour similar to citrus.
You should be able to use a little of your organic sorrel right away, but it's best to grow the plant on for a couple of weeks before giving it a bigger chop. Make sure your plant gets a good dose of sunshine and you won’t be disappointed in the resulting flavour.

Storage & prep
Storage & prep
Open straight away and water well. Sorrel likes a sunny windowsill or sunny or partially shaded bed outside. Your plant will arrive in a recyclable plastic pot. You can either keep the plant inside the pot, or you can tip it out of the pot to replant in a different container. This is a perennial herb and will die back in the winter but re-emerge in the spring.
