Keep refrigerated below 4°C and consume by the Use By date. Not suitable for home freezing.

Oven: Preheat to 180°C, Gas Mark 4. Remove outer sleeve. Pierce the film in a few places. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove film and cook for a further 5-10 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Microwave 700W: Remove outer sleeve. Leave the film on, pierce the film in a few places. Place
on a microwavable plate. From chilled: Cook for 4 minutes, carefully peel back the film, stir, replace the film
and cook for a further 1-2 minutes. After cooking, leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
Caution: steam under the film may be very hot. Treat these cooking instructions as guidelines, as ovens and microwaves vary, please always ensure your meal is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat.
