Founded in 1994 by Alistair Blair, The Fish Society is committed to delivering only the finest quality fish and seafood. To capture peak flavour, certain catches are frozen within very soon after landing, while others are kept carefully chilled up until delivery. Whether the catch was previously frozen or kept chilled, everything we sell from them arrives defrosted and ready to cook. Plus, each product is guaranteed to have a 1-3 Marine Conservation Society (MCS) rating, so you can be sure it’s responsibly sourced.
