Senorio de Iniesta is a vibrant wine cooperative that boasts a staggering 7,000 hectares of organically certified vineyards in the surrounds of Iniesta, near the border of Valencia, in southeast Spain. With plantings of Spanish classics such as Tempranillo, Viura, Bobal, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah, Senorio de Iniesta’s portfolio is impressively varied. This bottling of Syrah without added sulphites is snappy and upfront, with notes of spicy white pepper on the nose and crunchy, black fruit on the palate. A lovely tipple to enjoy on its own as well as with food.
