Intro

A warming noodle soup that will brighten up winter lunchtimes. Chewy udon noodles simmered in a coconut broth flavoured with fresh turmeric, garlic, ginger and lime. Chunks of sweet potato and shredded cavolo nero add freshness. Hearty, cosy and nourishing.
