Severn & Wye are true experts of their craft, following a traditional smoking process and sourcing their salmon from responsible land-based farms based in Iceland and Norway. The folk at Seafood & Eat It pride themselves on sustainable crab-fishing, re-releasing females with eggs and smaller crabs to keep stock levels plentiful. Storage & prep

Mild Smoked Salmon, Land-Based Responsibly Farmed, Severn & Wye (100g)

Keep refrigreated, store at 0-5°c and use within 3 days of opening or until the use by date whichever is sooner. Not suitable for home freezing.

Smoked Mackerel Fillets, Severn & Wye Smokery, pack of 2 (160g)

Smoked mackerel is perfect in sandwiches or on its own. It makes a great addition to pasta dishes.

It should be refrigerated upon delivery. We guarantee that your fish will have at least 3 days before its expiry date, including the day of your delivery. Suitable for home freezing. Freeze on day of purchase, once opened use with in 3 days. Do Not re-freeze

White Cornish Crab, Seafood & Eat it (100g)

Ready to eat. Store in the fridge. Serve at room temperature. Once opened, keep covered and store in the fridge for 24 hours. Not suitable for home freezing.
Mix with mayo and lemon and serve in a sandwich or with a sald, on a jacket potato. Stir into linguine, with corriander, chilli, garlic and tomatoes.
