Vincent Gaudry produces his organic and biodynamically certified (since 2004) Sancerre wines in the tiny hamlet of Le Petit Chambre (literally, the little room) by the town of Sury en Vaux. The Sauvignon Blanc vines are planted on rich limestone and marl soils that give the wines a delicious mineral quality and great breadth of flavour.
