At their Tottenham-based bakery, Celtic Bakers have been crafting delicious, organic baked goods since 1996. They believe that baking the very best bread takes time, and over the years, have perfected their long, careful fermentation process. The bakery is also run as sustainably as possible. Celtic Bakers treat all food resources as precious and recycle or donate 100% of their food waste to community schemes across London.
