Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated <5°C. Consume within 1 day of opening.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery, and use within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.

Grill - From Chilled. Season with salt and pepper. Preheat grill to medium heat and place on grill pan for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Place in a searing hot frying pan with oil for 5-10 minutes, season meat and turn occasionally. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Preparation and Usage: Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
