Pasta Fresca Rossi have been making their artisan organic pastas in Modena since 1955. They choose their ingredients from markets in and around Modena for an authentic Italian taste. Rossi craft every detail of their food to have the best in flavour, quality of ingredients and the perfect balance of pasta and filling.
