Loving Foods have created quite the fusion with their organic Raspberry & Tulsi Jun Kombucha. There’s more culture in one bottle than a night at the opera. Chinese green tea mixes with Tulsi (holy basil) that’s native to the Indian subcontinent, and then mingles with sweet raspberries from closer to home. At the centre of all these natural ingredients is a SCOBY (that’s a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast) which Loving Foods later remove, leaving behind friendly bacteria and plenty of vitamins too. You can enjoy the delicate sweetness inside by sipping from the bottle or even try using your kombucha as a punchy marinade.

To avoid over fermentation, this kombucha must be stored chilled.

Founded in 2016 by family trio Mendel, Faye and Adam, Loving Foods craft a range of organic, gut-friendly pickles, juices and sauces. From sparkling kombuchas to tangy kimchis and sauerkrauts, all of their fermented delights are made locally from natural ingredients, at their eco-friendly base in Manchester. Everything is handmade in small batches and fermented for a minimum of three weeks, for the best, 100% raw and unpasteurised flavour.
