What makes me special?

- Creamy and full-bodied. Each slice has a mature, savoury flavour with a spicy finish.
- Made for melting. Its firm yet creamy texture turns smooth and supple when heated.
- Crafted with organic hay milk. The simple recipe combines organic hay milk with salt, calf rennet and cheese cultures.
- Perfect for a cheeseboard. Enjoy at room temperature with crusty bread and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
- Best enjoyed at room temperature. Keep it refrigerated, then bring it to room temperature before serving.
- Sustainably delivered. Arrives at your table with zero air miles and zero pointless plastic.

Producer

In the village of Geifertshofen in Germany’s Hohenlohe region, Dorfkäserei crafts traditional cheeses from organic hay milk supplied by 12 family-run farms nearby. The dairy focuses on simple, time-honoured cheesemaking, turning fresh hay milk into characterful cheeses that let the quality of the milk shine through. Every cheese is made using just a handful of ingredients: fresh hay milk, cultures, salt and rennet. The result is a range of naturally made cheeses with plenty of depth and flavour, created by people who are passionate about keeping regional cheesemaking traditions alive.
