Storage & prep

Store in a cool, dry place.

Empty the packet of Profusion Organic Protein Burger Mix into a bowl along with 325ml of boiling water and mix until completely combined. Leave the mix to absorb the water and cool for around 15 minutes, then shape into 5 burgers of about 1.5cm thickness. Heat 5 tbsp of oil in a non-stick frying pan on a medium heat then cook the burgers for 10 minutes, flipping halfway. Serve in toasted burger buns with your choice of toppings!
