Based in the Western-most part of the Languedoc, Chateau Guilhem has been owned and run by the Guilhem family since the 19th century, with current winemaker Bertrand of the fifth generation. The limestone soils and southerly aspect of the vineyards ripen the grapes beautifully, while the maritime winds stop the temperatures getting too high, retaining the acidity, balance and complexity of the wines.
