Sizzle up a proper dinner with our organic Bone-In Pork Loin Chops from The Green Butcher. They're hand-butchered from pasture-raised organic pork, with a buttery, savoury flavour that really shines in a hot pan.
What makes me special?
- Buttery and savoury. The meat has a rich, buttery flavour with a gentle savoury depth. Season simply with salt and pepper and let the pork do the talking. - Cooked on the bone. Leaving the bone in helps the chops stay juicy as they cook. It adds a little extra flavour too, especially to the meat closest to the bone. - Hand-butchered. Each chop is cut by hand from the loin and neatly trimmed. They cook evenly, so they're easy to get just right. - Crisp up the fat. Stand the chops on their fatty edge in a hot pan for a few minutes before cooking the sides. It renders the fat down until it's golden and crisp. - Lovely with autumn flavours. Serve them with roasted apples, sage and a spoonful of wholegrain mustard. Creamy mash or braised red cabbage is perfect alongside. - Pasture-raised organic pork. The pigs are pasture-raised on organic farms in the UK. It's certified organic by Organic Farmers and Growers. - Freezer friendly. Freeze on the day they arrive and use within three months. Defrost them fully in the fridge before cooking.

Producer
The Green Butcher is a small, Twickenham-based cooperative, co-owned by Nick Green and the pioneering organic, British dairy farm, Horton House Farm on the Wiltshire-Somerset border. The Green Butcher was founded to champion the virtues of low-impact, low-input, pasture-based farming, where livestock are rotated to a fresh, nutritious pasture every day, to give the soil time to regenerate and boost biodiversity. All of the collective’s meat bears the Pasture for Life mark, which certifies that it comes from animals raised only on grass and pasture.
