Pollack is a brilliant alternative to cod or haddock, for those who like variety, and has a slightly stronger flavour. This pack of two goes brill in all fishy dishes.
Our pollack will come from either the Celtic Sea, English Channel or Cornish waters. In the Celtic Sea and English Channel it will be handline caught and have an MCS rating of 2. When caught in Cornwall it will be either gill/fixed netted or demersal otter trawled, and have an MCS rating of 3.
