Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated <5°C. Consume within 1 day of opening. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery and consume within one month. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.

Please ensure the chicken piri piri is cooked through with no pink meat, and the juices run clear.; Grill - From Chilled. Preheat grill to medium heat and place on grill pan for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Place in a searing hot frying pan with oil for 5-10 minutes, turn occasionally. Rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Preparation and Usage: Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
