Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated 0-5C. Consume within 1 day of opening.

Oven - Preheat oven to 180 (160 gas/gas mark 4). Place in roasting tin in oven for 50 mins until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of delivery. Defrost thoroughly and use within 24 hours, do not refreeze once thawed.
