Sip on bright, golden sunshine with this no added sulphur Paul Mas Cuvee Secrete Chardonnay. It’s rich and mellow, with a fruit bowl of flavours that conjure up warm toasted notes of pineapple, mango, melon and vanilla. With good acidity and length, this organic Chardonnay pairs beautifully with shellfish, fish, white meats, risotto or petits fours before dinner begins. An excellent summer wine to while away with.
