Pancetta, Mushroom & Spinach Strozzapreti

Earthy and rich, this warming pasta dish is made with organic pancetta direct from Italy. Crisping it up in the pan with mushrooms creates a deliciously moreish mix of flavours. Especially when you add spinach and Parmesan cheese. Strozzapreti are short twists of pasta that originate in Northern Italy. Theyre great tossed with this chunky pasta sauce.
