Intro
The secret to making this mouthwatering pasta is a packet of organic chilli & fennel pork sausages. Broken into chunks and fried until golden, they're a shortcut to making a meaty pasta sauce that's full of flavour but takes less than 30 minutes to make. The spicy sausage meat is simmered in a garlicky tomato sauce, then tossed with little pasta shells and served with plenty of Parmesan.
