A wonderful, seamless blend of five traditional, local grape varieties, this Portuguese white is brimming with character and liveliness. Dry and refreshing, with notes of tart green apple and a bit of a citrus acidity, it makes for a brilliant aperitif. For the full Portuguese experience, try it with some bacalhau (salt cod). Best enjoyed in the next 12 months.
