These organic Speedy Sausages from Helen Browning let you spend less time with tongs in hand by the grill, taking just a few minutes to cook. They’re completely gluten-free, and use British pork from both Eastbrook Farm and Helen Browning’s organic-certified UK partnership farms, where animal welfare is of paramount importance. The recipe is preservative and additive free, and an artisanal factory in Germany is responsible for curing each one with an organic-friendly method that keeps flavour at the forefront. Throw a pack of these quick-cook sausages on the grill and they’ll be done before you’ve grabbed the ketchup and mustard.

Storage & prep

Keep refrigerated. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and before the use by date.

Grill: Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 4 minutes (from frozen allow 8 minutes on low-medium heat) turning once.

Fry: Heat 10ml of oil in frying pan over a medium heat and fry for 5 minutes (from frozen allow 12 minutes on low heat) turning once.
