Sojade started as a little family business in Brittany in the 1950s, switched to organic over 35 years ago and now make their gorgeous soya yogurts, milk and desserts with fantastic eco credentials. Using water from a spring under the factory, they make everything using French organic soya, grown by farmers they have a long standing relationship with. All their stuff is GM free, and they’ve even got their very own wind turbine to help them reduce their carbon emissions.
Protein soybean flour* 60%, onion*, tofu* 10% (water, soya beans*, coagulant : marine magnesium chloride), tomato concentrate*, water, extra virgin olive oil*, soya fibre*, parsley*, vegetable broth extract* (of which celery), concentrated onion juice*, sea salt, with pepper*.

To cook, reheat the Sojade mince in the frying pan for a few minutes with spices or aromatic herbs to season.
This mince can be used in many recipes such as moussaka, lasagne, meat-free balls or in a pie, or simply combined with pasta or rice and vegetables.
