Organic salchichón is closely akin to Italian salami, being seasoned simply with salt and black pepper, which allows the clean flavour of the meat to speak for itself. The farms from which Enebral source their organic pork offer their pigs a rich diet of foraged grass and nuts supplemented with organic cereals in the colder months. This results in a sumptuous sliced sausage with a uniquely Spanish character.
